After a very successful season of the Nutcracker Suite at the Dance Centre in December, the Dance Theatre gave a series of garden performances in early 2006. The Garden Delights programmes delighted audiences in New Plymouth, Egmont Village and for the first time was taken to Eltham. A sell-out crowd enjoyed the show at Lindsay Maindonald’s lovely Redwood Oaks garden. As always, the mixture of classical, character, contemporary and comedy dances was a big hit.
