SUMMER RENTAL ON SKANEATELES LAKE: We are renting our "Waterfall" cottage by the month this summer. Located on Spafford Landing (also called "Wickwire Point"). The beach is level, just 100 yards down the driveway from the cottage, with no stairs. Great swimming and fishing. Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the beach, and wake up to a view of a private 75' waterfall. Includes use of the swim float and canoe, and a mooring buoy is available if you have a boat. A heavy duty rowboat with 6 HP outboard is also available for rent. The WATERFALL COTTAGE is a 1-bedroom, 1 full bath bungalow, with 3 additional beds in the sleeping loft, perfect for one couple with children. There is a full (though small) kitchen area and a wood-stove for heat. Adjacent cottage with living room with fireplace, screened porch, 1/2 bath can be used for overflow or separate bedroom to sleep an additional 2 people. No smoking inside, and no pets, please!
